I read in a recent newspaper report that fairer/taller people earn more. One shade ligher is worth one year of additional education and one inch in heigth is worth 1% increase in wages.
Have you seen that happen?

It's not a compulsion. It can be though by chance that a fairer/taller person is appointed for handsaome pay. they r just a bit ahead in looks that does not means that the person is highly qualified. So, remove that misconception, as one of my uncles is very dark and earns a lack per month, just b'coz of his abilities not color or height.

Yes, it true in case women (that too if is Unmarried and good looking!!)...Did U watch Hindi film on CORPORATE...it gives true work culture in Corporate world in India ....Any taller and good looking,Smart will have more self confidence and draws attention of thier bosses...so the uptrend in career graph..but U need to be bit Flexible and adaptable to Boss needs..Got It

I read once about a study that was done about the subject of tall people and our perceptions. Tall males were percieved as being more intelligent that shorter people of either sex.

it happened to me, I remember when I was 4' and earned nothing, and now I'm 6'10'' and earn a lot more. of course, I was 10 years old at that time.
