I don't think you can be deliriously happy all the time (you know, just won the lottery happy or just got married happy or whatever). I think if you have more good days than bad days (maybe 10 or fewer bad days each month) you're reasonably happy. I think if you don't have much to complain about and no major conflicts in your life you're happy. Don't expect a perfect life or perfect happiness, etc, then you'll end up disappointed.

Wow that is a hard one! Every person's concept of happy is different. I'm happy with myself and my life, but you given my situation may not be. I'm surrounded by the people I love and those who love me every single day. I married the man I love 13 years ago and to this day we're still madly in love, we have 3 beautiful smart children, and I'm lucky enough to be able to be a stay at home mom. Its truly a simple life and it's mine and I love every day of it. But this could make some ppl crazy bored out of their minds, so they wouldn't be happy. At the end of the day, when you lay your head on your pillow and can smile as you drift off to sleep, that says so much!

Being Happy doesn't mean everything is perfect, it means your able to see beyond the imperfections and still smile!

I don't know....I have been married for almost six years now. In the beginning it was great and I was happy, but not so sure anymore....

if my mother hadn't passed away year's ago i would be happy not sad i was happy when my kid's were borned
