I believe NOT, as he has already been the president for two terms. Your two terms do not have to be consecutive...but after two terms you are ineligible to be president.
(The vice president must always be considered to become THE president in a few unexpected cases).

Below is the verbatim pertinent portion of the amendment which limits the number of times a person may be 'elected' President. There is no prohibition concerning him running for VP or any other elected position. I imagine that those writing this amendment never conceived of an occasion where a person who was previously elected to the Presidency twice would then run for the vice-Presidency. Should this person be elected vice-president and ascend to the presidency due to the President's death or incapacitation there is no specific Constitutional prohibition.
Section. 1. No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once

Absolutely, I don't think the Constitution forbids it. A President can only run for two four year terms. He has never been the Vice President.

No, she cannot. As mentioned above, Bill cannot serve as President again due to the 22nd Amendment, and anyone who cannot be President cannot be Vice-President.

No. Bill is constitutionally not eligible to take the office of president, so is disqualified to be VP.

I think, YES!.....According to office of president you can only serve 2 CONSECUTIVE TERMS.....Leaving it open to come back later and serve. However, Then we would not have the traditional First Lady.....Which Bill Clinton would most certainly have to serve in that capacity . I really don't think Hillary would want him for the running mate.........Too much interference. It would be HER time to shine!

Read link below as to why they shouldn't serve more than 2 terms.

Good question! I hope she can but frankly doubt if the American constitution would allow that.
