Historically, the current unemployment rate nationwide is pretty low. Reducing unemployment too low results in inflation, which hurts each of us and the country as a whole.
There are many types of unemployment, each with there own causes and solutions. Some need training to re-enter the job market in new fields. Some need assistance during off-peak seasons. Some are largely unemployable. Some will have to relocate.
Many programs already exists to correct and control these problems. Ultimately, it has to be the jobseekers responsibility to gain meaningful employment.

In my opinion in our country we must follow the policy "Industrialize or perish". Also the women of our country must get education, they must prove that they are capable of working and supporting themselves. Then they must resign their jobs and help the men in our country to get jobs. In my opinion a man's job gives food, clothing, shelter, security, etc for his entire family. Also a man's job gives social status for his wife.
