Dark circles under the eyes are often times caused by dehydration. There are several home remedies that are out there that you can try....cucumbers on the eyes, some even say that if you put preparation H around it it can heal puffiness and dark circles.
The tried and true way of getting rid of dark circles is to cleanse your skin daily with a professional cleanser, then tone it, then put on a moisturizer. Drink plenty of water everyday to help prevent dehydration!!!
Also, a quicker fix might be finding a good hydrating mask on the market to use once or twice a week to help rehydrate your skin in that area. I like a masque made by Dermalogica called Colloidal Masque or one my MD Formulations: Antioxidant Hydrating Masque.

I have used a Vitamin K night cream for about 5 years in conjunction with good night's sleep. A good night's sleep consists of a deep sleep for 7-8 hours. The best to achieve that... stay physically active throughout the day so that your body tires out at night. They won't go away overnight, but, in about a week with constant good night sleeps, they will be substantially lighter.
Also it helps to listen to your body. If you're tired, but you're forcing your eyes to stay open so you can see the latest episode of your TV show, it is a better idea to pop a tape in, hit the record button and just go to bed. Part of what people do not realize is that forcing yourself to stay awake harms more than helps.

Hyper-pigmentation...under the eye can make under eye circles, sometimes called Mothers Mask...grayish discoloration..or are your eyes just puffy and tired.
For the grayish color...a vitamin K cream, is what you need, one that works is Vita-Solutions K cream for dark circles..you can get it Wal Mart or C.V.S...about 10 bucks a bottle and it works.
For Puffy tired eyes...rest, cold packs and hemorrhoid cream like preparation H...is what professional models use.

This may sound weird but put a light cream eye shadow color under your eyes. Not only does it take away the dark circles under your eyes but it keeps you eye liner from running.

Arbonne's corrective eye cream. It REALLY will take care of the problem. I will even send you a free sample if you would like to try it. It will even help to firm and moisturize the eye area.
