I`m an Egyptian. Are we supposed to walk in a different way? Well just walk peacefully, smile to who deserves it & give money to who needs it(example:if a Mom is on a pavement unable to feed her children)..that`s what we Muslims do.

look at those pictures from ancient Egypt, with torso twisted sideways and one hand pointing backward, now try to walk that way it you'll find the short route to the nearest Emergency Room.
