Any professional facial cleanser containing glycolic acid (you can usually find them in spas or beauty stores like Sephora) will help in removing the bacteria that causes black heads to form.
Unfortunately, a glycolic cleanser alone is not going to remove all of your existing black heads, but can help with some and prevent others from forming. Over time you will notice a difference!! :)
If they are truly bothering you and you feel like you need more help, I would suggest speaking to an esthetician in your area who can help with facials/steam to help break those up for you. With the combination of great skin care and a good facial cleanser.. you'll be on the track to better skin in no time!

Exfoliators and scrubs help a lot. Try Neutrogena's. Also, try microderm. What helped me tremendously was the microderm by Philosophy. It contains vitamin C and gets rid of all the impurities and dead cells.

Clean and Clear actually has a few products that removes blackheads. I know they have a cleanser and I'm not sure if they still carry the blackhead removing strips anymore. But Clean and Clear for sure.
