"I love you" and "sorry" are not easy for me to say, but if I really feel it, the words flow no problem.
"Help me" is a different story. Those words require a lot of courage, and sometimes I'm just not up to it.
Even so, although I didn't ask for it, you have helped me a lot today. Thank you.

If there is a bond between you and the person you love but can't tell them verbally, ask yourself why you cannot say the words. When you have done something that you feel you should apologize for, if you have any pride for yourself and respect for all mankind, saying your sorry should roll off the tongue. When looking for help is a little trickier and can only be sought after when you determine who the best person or ? is capable of assisting you. When you love a person, regardless who they are, they deserve to hear it. When your wrong or have done wrong by someone else, saying I'm sorry should happen instinctively. Asking for help is a can of worms that needs to be analyzed more closely and given plenty of thought.

It's not. But if you find it difficult then you've not yet supersede your ego or you just don't know what love is. The best miracle happens when those magic words "I love you "are uttered sincerely.It set a magical vibration in motion.

Most men have a big problem saying all three, because to them it is a sign of weakness or getting in touch with their feminine side and that scares the hell out of them. Women are different their not afraid to do any of the three.

sorry and help me yes it is
but these days i love you seems to flow out of ppls mouths with no meaning like do you want to supersize your drink
i love you should have meaning and come easily if you are having trouble saying it with meaning then its not love
most ppl say it cause they think the other person wants to hear it or they say it to get more out of a relationship

It depends on the person. Some have a very hard time saying these things while others thrive on it.

for most people it is, because in saying each of those things...a person is 'exposed'...to an extent that folks generally arent comfortable with
