Hello,

(ANS) You would in my opinion be far better, installing MS Vista on a Laptop or notebook (NOT a MacBook, its designed for optimal performance with a different OS ie. OS X tiger). But either way you should definately check the hardware requirements for running Vista, these can be found on Microsoft's website http://www.microsoft.com

Reason being that Vista requires much more powerful hardware to run the OS, the minimum system requirements are MUCH more than before and to run Vista with anything like good quality performance, i.e. fast & smooth & responsive. You will need a minimum of 1GB memory and many GB's of disk space for the installation.

**NOTE: Microsoft do have a compatibility tool that you can download for free, from there website. It can tell you if your system is compatible with the Vista requirements or what might need upgrading or changing, etc.

Hope that helps?

Best Regards
IR
