I want to run my database even there is no access installed.

tools -> database utilities -> make MDE file

You cant create an exe file. You can create an MDE file, which is same as MDB but does not allow viewing and editing of documents (including tables, so dont rush using it).

You will need MSAccess runtime that Microsoft provides, but first find whether you can find it for your Access version (I remeber Access 2000 had the runtime, not 2003). Check whether there are free versions. The MSAccess runtime setup is large, but that is the only way for distribution of the MDB/MDE as application.
