Want to lay sewer line to tank 150 feet away. Have looked at upflush type toilets but they are expensive and electric driven. sewer will have probably half the waste water of a conventional house sewer. 4 to 6 litre (1 - 2 gallon) flush toilet and shower and sink attached.

Most plumbing codes require 1/4" drop per foot, except that a 4" pipe may be installed with only 1/8" drop per foot if permitted by your local building authority. See the link below, paragraph 708.0. There is no length limitation (Table 7-5). For your application, the drop would be between 19" and 38".

If a 38" drop is acceptable, you could use a 3" pipe instead of a 4" pipe. The 1.6 gpf toilet, shower, and lavatory add up to 6 drainage fixture units (Table 7-3), whereas a 3" drain pipe can handle 35 dfus (Table 7-5).

Don't forget to install a cleanout at half way. They are required at least every 100 feet (paragraph 707.4).

You will need 38 inches of drop. that is 1/4x150=38 inches rounded up. So the tank's attach point 150 feet away would have to be 38 inches LOWER in the ground level that your point in the house to achieve 1/4 inch per foot drop.
