yesterday my teacher ask me, when insert RAM card into it slot,why cannot touch the gold place

The gold parts on the bottom are the actual connectors. They conduct the power through the RAM chip. If you were to touch them, and give them a static electric shock, it could ruin the memory. Plus, getting dirt on the contacts could keep them working.

Because your body has static electricity and the shock willgo from the elecrical connectors (the gold plates) into the chips and burn them out
You can help avoid this by grounding yourseld (touching part of the frame of the computer)

The golden part is made sensitive so as to supply memory bytes to the pc, our hands have static electricity and when touched to the golden sensitive part, you could destroy the ram.
