Why don't you tell her what you REALLY feel?
Seriously, if you send this to her, she can be in no doubt at all about your attitude. You are certainly not pulling any punches. Is it really necessary to be so brutally frank? Is she so besotted with you that this is the only way to get her to understand that it is over? It's a shame to have to be so cruel to someone: but you know her, so it's your call.
