I didn't ask for their approval of mine, and I haven't gotten word that they asked me for mine of theirs.
I approve of people marrying those with whom they'd be happy. If that floats their boat, why should I care?

Who we are to say this. But Abhishek would have got someone better if he had waited a few more weeks. He should understand Aishwarya is already dumped by Salman and Vivek Oberoi (or say it other way...whatever it may be). Didn't he read the Salman - Aishwarya & Vivek- Aishwarya stories? i for one do not understand what gives one person the right to not allow two people to get married.
I don't care what religion you focus your thoughts on adults should be free to love and spend their lives with who ever they feel good with. Marriage is not a privilege for just a few it should be a privilege for " all ", no matter what sex, race or religion.
