no it will not fit. jeep is big bolt patteren ranger is small. they would fit a ford f -150

Yes. Both use the same 5x114.3mm bolt pattern. Offsets should be the same as well. Hub centers may be different. That is the only thing you would have to watch out for. Remember, always test fit a rim before you throw a tire on it.

I have seen tubes for your truck --go to a four wheel drive place and the companies that make them are listed with numbers--other wise they don't just bolt up as you might think they will
