Aww that's so sweet that you tell her....well, self confidence is a pretty difficult topic, and for every 1 compliment the girl tends to forget it but just remember the 1 bad thing someone said to her 10 years ago instead! So, just keep reassuring your girls that you think she is beautiful etc., sooner or later she'll have to believe you! Just don't give up telling her because it sounds like she needs to hear it :-)

Well first you have to find out why she has such a low self esteem (that is if she isn't pretending like some girls do just to get attention and make their fella keep saying it) , it may date back to a bad experience she had when she was younger, prehaps at school, where maybe someone used to pick on her and say she was ugly, i've had this happen to me and i've never gotten over it, you need to get her to confide in you and then explain to her, why in YOUR eyes you find her sexy/beautiful, it will take time but gradually you will be able to rebuild her confidence, good luck!

stop telling her, instead 'show' her that she is! sometimes words just aren't enough. if she can see that you are getting excited by her (in a sexual nature) then she'll know you find her sexy - you telling her this constantly might be making her feel a little uncomfortable or embarrassed.
and don't forget the occasional flowers, chocolates or romantic treat to show her what she means to you! [hint to all men out there!] x

well shane the thing is us girls hear our boyfriends and partners saying were sexy and we say we dont believe them as we love the attention your girlfriend knows you think she is sexy and she knows you love her but its fun hearing it so keep saying it
