Pay the toll for the stranger behind you on the highway, pay the difference for someone who comes up short at the check-out line, volunteer at a nursing home or take your kids to one and pass out home-made crafts or treats, smile and say hello to people you pass on the street, compliment an old lady on her dress, help an old person or a mother struggling with her kids put their groceries in the car, shovel your neighbors sidewalk, leave a cold glass of lemonade out on the porch for the mailman, give your paper boy a tip, leave a big box of food and a few toys on a poor family's doorstep- knock- then run away (that one is really fun), take some chicken soup to someone who is sick, or a meal to someone who just had a baby or has a loved one in the hospital. How's that?

One extremely kind thing to do for the entire world is to refrain from adding to it's problems.
This means cutting back on how much we pollute, consume, and reproduce.
With six and one half BILLION people already crowded onto this tiny planet, sucking down the natural resources, destroying our air and water, and simply sucking the earth absolutely dry -
there is no future for any of us if we don't stop global overpopulation NOW.
Be kind - take care of those who are already here, before adding any more.

I think one of the simplest things that can change a "moment" in someone's life is to receive a warm smile and a heart felt hello from a stranger. Try it! Next time someone is walking towards you, look them in the eye with a smile and say, "HI!", I bet you will receive more positive responses than you expect.
