Probably not, but maybe. We'll perhaps find out before too long.

In the late 1970's, two US Viking spacecraft set down on Mars and tested the soil three different ways for life. One test said yes, one no, and one inconclusive. Since then, scientists have explained the yes result, so say that Viking didn't find life.
In the 1990's a rock was found in Antarctica astronomers suspect had come from Mars (when an asteroid slammed into Mars and blasted the rock into space). Inside the rock are little chains of cell-like structures that were announced as Martian life. Most astronomers now think that the structures are not from living organisms.
There is no direct evidence of life on Mars, but the two rovers on Mars and orbiting spacecraft have found evidence of running water. When we look in wet sand far enough underground to be out of the ultraviolet rays of the sun, sometime in the near future, we might find some life.

No life has been found so far and recent conclusions say that if there is any life it has to be deep in the planet because of cosmic radiation which would kill anything near the surface .Here's an article

yes because recent studies found microbes in ice water molecules on Mars. so maybe there can be life there.

Very probably not; the oxidising nature of the soil would seem to preclude it, and although tests have been done, they have not shown any biological material as yet. Europa is a better proposition.

There have been surprises, like certain anomalous readings of the soil which indicate that there may be microbial activity, but nothing definate.
