you can copy the url of the video into http://www.keepvid.com and save the .flv file. To play the .flv file you need the flv player and encoder from http://www.rivavx.com/index.php?encoder&L=3 you can convert it to .avi/.mpeg etc using the encoder so it will play in wmp.
