you can copy the url of the video into http://www.keepvid.com and save the .flv file. To play the .flv file you need the flv player and encoder from http://www.rivavx.com/index.php?encoder&L=3 you can convert it to .avi/.mpeg etc using the encoder so it will play in wmp. Watch the video below it explains it.
If you have firefox there is an addon that lets you do it within the browser window.
