Juventes has been performing well in Serie B. Buffon made a comment in which he said that Juve never really had to keep up with winning or trying to win because it's Serie A, there's no going up from there, but in Serie B however, everyone is competing for the top spots to which they'll be promoted to Serie A.
Buffon is most likely staying at Juve as is Del Piero, Nevded, Chiellini, and hopefully Camoranesi. Juve is approaching Palermo about acquiring Andrea Barzagli (defender). He's 25 and he and Cristian Zaccardo are the strength of the Rosanero defense.
Juve will probably perform well, not because of game fixing, but of the strength of the players and the loyalty of their fans

Juventus will come back stronger than before.
Inter is just lucky that Juventus is not in the Serie A this season, if they were still in, Inter will never achieve this kind of success.
Inter is inferior.

They will need to buy some good players to start dominating again in Italy. Though they have Buffon, Nedved, Trezeguet, Del Piero, etc. but these guys are not sufficient to make Juventus title contenders. There were rumours that they are targetting Mascherano, Tevez, Torres and Raul. I think next season at least a UEFA Cup place is guaranteed to them.

They shouldnt be in Serie B anyway! They will go back to just how they were before all the match fixing scandals happened and will once again rule Italy, instead of Inter, Milan, or Roma. But I heard Gigi was leaving so it proves to be seen just how they will play without the worlds best and most expensive GK.
