I am puzzled to this day if I am cut or uncut. Does anyone else have this and tell me what they have concluded. I mean the foreskin doesn't go over the shaft at all. it's bunched up before the head but doesn't go over it.

that brown ring is your cut halo. it's where the clamp (or whatever was used to clamp off the skin) was placed, and it's partially necrotized skin, and part scar. Some guys get it, and some don't. It depends on skin color, and type of circ done on you. On a lot of guys, it's not noticable when they're hard, but when soft, it shows up.

Ask your parents if you were circumcised or go to your doc, surely they will have a medical record of this? I wouldn't know as I don't have a penis but it sound to me like "gigantus helmetalitus" syndrome!!!

there are different methods of circumcision practiced in the west.. Some leave a bit of skin remaining, nothing to worry about. If Willy is functioning well, be happy..

your safe man....your cut...when soft there has to be some foreskin hanging in front of the head of your penis...or whenever you got hard, it would hurt like hell to stretch the skin that much....your safe man...your safe

i would say cut that sounds like scar tissue or mabye just the remnants of the skin left.
