Hi is there any software like google earth that show's live satellite images.........

No.

And do not be decieved, most of the images on Google Earth are not from satellites - only the large scale, blurry ones. The close ups are taken from aeroplane surveys. The clues are (i) only major population centres are covered (ii) look at the shadows/angles of view and (iii) the resolution is too good for what would be released from satellites.
