We already live in a 4D world. Time is considered by many as the 4th dimension. In addition to the definition of a place in three dimensions (physical directions) time is really the 4th dimension attached to that point in space. Can't imagine what the 5th one could be.

2 options:
you are a 3 dimensional entity in a 4 dimensions space - you'll feel "flat", that is if you can observe that 4th dimension, and if you can't observe that 4th dimension, you'll see evrything around you changing constantly, as the 3 dimension derivative of 4 dimension bodies changes "inexplicably"
if you are a 4 dimension entity in a 4 dimension space, i can't imagine what it'll be like.

Well, you may be interested to know that in 1884 a writer named Edwin Abbott tackled a similar question, that being how a two-dimensional being might react in our three-dimensional world. The book is called "Flatland" and can be found on the Internet:

That should tell you WAY more than you wanted to know. :)
