i like the rain and i love the snow
so its not always that

alot of the time around this part of the year people are miserable because thier new years resolutions have completely failed and they have given in hope of improveing part of themselves.

anouther reson is that students ( for example people doing a-levels) have just been going through exams and these students are getting down because university applications.

look at the age range this you may find very simular with those feeling completely miserable
just giggle and know you are happyer and so can smile for the rest of the day. theres someone out there that feels worse than you

The British weather could have a lot to do with it, some suffer from SAD due to lack of sun light or day light hours.

Other's get depressed just listening to the news or reading the paper, or reading some of the cr*p questions and answers on here - guess the answer to that is don't come on here, don't acknowlege the cr@p stuff happening in the world, don't read paper, view tv news or listen to radio news.

Then ignorance would be Bliss and the world would be a happier place may be.

Alternative try visiting some more positive web sites and chat rooms.

Have a great day.

It's January - the hype of Christmas is over - the weather is not so good - it gets dark earlier and no bank holidays for ages!

So perhaps people just get a bit glum. Solution? Chocolate and cake!

There is much more than weather and festive occaisions that set our moods into motion. Sitting before a computer by yourself is very reflective and a very alone experience.
Whatever we do we are a very lonely generation that is loosing touch with reality..............talikng to friends up front is getting to be less and less because we spend our time before the almighty computer
