I've been looking into maybe buying some type of pill for weight loss. I'm not really overweight I just want to lose a bit of weight. I'm a full time student and work full time so I'm too exhausted to go to workout. I eat right; very right. Just need a little something more. I've done some research on a few of the popular pills and I'm just skeptical, it all just looks like one big scam. Anyone actually take something or know of someone who is and has actually seen results? Thanks a lot. :)

I took trimspa for about 2 months and lost almost 20lbs. I cut out all soft drink and caffeine along with it. I am also a full time student and I feel the same way about being too tired to go and work out. The only thing about trimspa and many other diet pill is that if you have any heart problems they can be very dangerous. There was one problem I had with trimspa was that I got the jitters so I quit taking them. I can't fully contribute the jitters to trimspa because I cut out a lot of sugar and caffeine.

Don't ever try using pills with ephedra. It makes you crazy. Chinese calls it mahuang. It is the same substance use to make crack. If you want to go on the safe side try using pills or herbs that have thremogenic effects like green tea, banaba, capsicum, and the amino acid L-Carnitine.
