Yes. Yes it is. You're getting sexual pleasure from your aunt. That's not a good thing. I have a foot fetish, and I'm not going anywhere near my family's feet. Much less with passion. That would really creep me out. It should creep you out too.

To be honest, I'm not sure that there is an "actual" definitive term, although I know what you mean - I think that they'd opt for "daughter" rather than "grandaughter", "son" rather than "grandson" simply because the parent who is the other parent's parent (sorry this is turning into a complicated tongue-twister, lol) would be the child's parent too and therefore not class them as a grandchild. How the public would perceive them would also be as the "child" rather than "grandchild". The consequences for a child like that wouldn't really matter to the child whilst it was young as it wouldn't be aware of the morality issues, but as they hit senior school, major psychological issues that could lead to self-harm, depression, low self-worth, attempted suicide, bullying would more than likey result and it's almost certain that they'd require some form of counselling as they got older. They may also feel misplaced guilt and anger.
