for example if they are 5 choices like windows xp 2004,windows xp 205 or so on i wat to have just one of them

I do not think it is possible to delete them, but you can change the sequence.
Click on start > run
type msconfig
press ok
Click on BOOT.INI tab in the new panel
This is the place where the windows boot paths are listed

I wouldn't suggesting deleting the choices, but you can change the timeout number from 30 down to 0 to auto boot into default OS or like 1/2/3 seconds. Do this by right clicking my computer go to properties, go to advanced tab, click startup and recovery, there click edit and that will bring up boot.ini change timeout=(30) to whatever number of seconds you want that screen to countdown from, 0 for bypass screen and pick default OS. You can also change the names and paths to the OS's..

Not sure what you're asking here because I'm sure 205 is a typo.

Ok on bootup you have several options to boot which op system because you have a few ... ok to put it simply

You cant at this stage

The only way is to do a fresh installation
