As long as you do not intend to defraud, you can use any name you like. If you prefer another spelling of your name, use it, there is no reason not to do so. If you want to, you can change it legally so that your new name appears on all your documents but if you want to use "Joseph" just do it. You are breaking no law by doing so.

it is not so bad and you can have it changed after you turn 18 or 21 (depends on the country you are from) through a legal procedure
