How do I open a win32 executible type file. Like DLDI(DS Game Patcher by Chishm)?

Question

When I open it it pops up for about half a second then goes back down. The Win32 GUI Does'nt work for the DS flashcart I have(Max Media Dock).

An executable file looks like this

"file.exe"

You double click on it and it executes / opens automatically

If you dont have this then you dont have an executable file you have something else. Please help us to help you by providing us with as much infoormation about the file you can
