Shoib Akhtar of Pakistan: +160 km/h - the fastest delivery sent down

Such records are not officially kept by ICC. But Shoaib akhtar bowled A 100mph ball vs new zealand in 2002. So he may be the fastest. But some people believe that Brett Lee has already bowled a 100mph ball vs West Indies in 2000.

1. Pakistan's Shoaib Akhtar 2. Australia's Brett Lee, the world's fastest bowlers,

Australia
Brett Lee 160.7 km/h v England

Pakistan
Shoaib Akhtar 161.3 km/h v England

A delivery by Brett Lee from Australia was timed at 161.8kph against the West Indies at Brisbane on November 23, 2000.

That is a touch faster than Shoaib Akhtar who has a 161.3kph on record. Unfortunately, he was bowling at his "dealer" for giving him bad gear so that shouldn't count.

S Tait of Australia is also very fast. The other day as bowling at +152 km per h and that too in all the overs. Great prospect. Interestingly, he was bowling in-swinging yorkers that Great Waqar Younus used to send down.
