It's my favourite..Peanut Butter Cup...mmm chocolate icecream with a frozen ribbon of peanut butter running through it..I'm hungry and all my other choices pale by comparison!! Can't I be bad, just this once?

Definitely.
My fiance eats chocolate bars, and cookies for breakfast a lot of the time, so icecream is definitely good enough, too.

I had a friend who went on an all ice cream diet trying to trim down for a movie he was staring in. Small indie pic he made himself nothing to brag about.
But, he lost 30 pounds, as the simple sugar in the ice cream was easy to burn off he said. He does look slimer.
And I use to eat candy as a means of sustaining my long workouts.
so as long as you do it sporatically, unless you have a fitness regimine to burn it off if done frequently, I wouldnt worry about it.
Moreso, Id worry about how it will effect your teeth.

Yes there isn't anything wrong with eating Ice cream for breakfast. It's just milk.

No problem it's Ice cream it's you sream we all sream for ice cream, I don't think there is any thing bad eating ice cream for breakfast.
