I always think of eating, I wanna eat all the time! I love to eat, and I'm happy when I eat, last night I made a batch of chocolate chip cookies, all I think about is eating them and wanting them, even when I'm not hungry. I ate like 20 in a row last night. Is there I way to loose my apetite, something I could take? Is there a vitamin, a food, a drink, a remedie that can make me loose some of my apetite!!?

I know how you feel.
I love to eat to, and not junk food, as people would think, but well arranged dishes. I live in Portugal, a country well known for its gastronomy (with a few resemblances to Spanish cuisine) and I am very fond of our cooking, and some "treats" like the traditional cheeses, bread, cookies... And I have found an absolutely wonderful dessert: chocolate fondue!!! I like to eat, I appreciate eating mostly everything, I am an addicted on "picking here and there" and sometimes things get a bit out of hands!
The more you think you shouldn't be eating the bigger the craving. Even when I am not hungry I am always thinking of something to bite... I have tried sugar-free chewing gum and, sometimes, it works well with me. But there are periods, if I am more stressed or tired, that this craving increases and I get a bit out of control.

There is nothing that can "cure" big appetite. You need to convince yourself that it is your health that is at stake if you do no get hold of yourself.
I have been doing this: when I want to eat, even if not hungry, I cut pieces of fruit in small pieces, or raw carrots (which I love) and, from time to time, I go and pick a little piece.. After a while, I go and pick again. At least you are eating something healthy.
Nonetheless, try to control yourself and avoid being with nothing to do or to think about. If you occupy yourself with something, you won't have the time to remember food.

Good luck. I am sympathetic with your situation :)

I would suggest you to reduce the number of meals you are making by: increasing the quality and quantity of the three meals with two snacks, which could be crackers with high fiber. The best way you could make this three meals is by chewing your meals at least three times more than what you are actually doing. It will take your appetite away, just be patient! You could even count the times you chew your food.
Even more, get involved in new activities, like exercising or just walking in hours that you used to eat when you should not: keep your mind and mouth away from the kitchen!
Good luck.

Maybe you should try eating things that are more healthy - baby carrots, fruit, or low-fat snacks. I love food as well and when I find something I like, it's SO hard for me to stop eating!!
Some inexpensive appetite suppressants that work for me are:
1- exercise. after i work out, i find that i'm not too hungry
2- water. i drink water throughout the day and it takes up space in my tummy
3- check the labels. i read the nutrition information on everything i eat. when i see the calorie and fat content, it makes me reconsider eating that food (or a lot of that food)

I hope that helps!

Find a hobby or something to distract yourself from thinking of food all the time. Replace the habit as some might say

Its about self-control. Try getting engaged in other recreational sorts of activities and focus on avoiding lots of junk food at once. You will find that your affinity towards food will considerably decline.
