Im trying to cut down on my calorie intake and my weight. I do aerobics three times a week, is this enough? Mind you, before january i got no exercise, but really would like to shape up. ne ideas

If your watching your iet, three times a week is perfect. Stay on course and good luck!

3 times a week is fine if you are dieting, if you have a bad week food / drink wise, try to fit in an extra session if you can. good luck with the diet I know from experience how hard it is to keep motivated.

l personally think if you throw away the car keys you wouldn't have to ask this question.........l did it's hard when it's hot but it works
