A woman has given live birth to a baby that grew outside her womb...so yes it may be possible for a male to carry a baby inside the abdominal cavity but it is not ethical or advisable because the placenta acutally attacks the other organs (the woman lost most of her bladder I believe from the external placenta). They said the interest for a man to become pregnant is in the men who have had operations to become women that then desire to carry a baby. So, yes, it may be possible, but it will never happen because the risk of death is high for the baby and also the carrier...and the complications are immense!

LOL actually, have you ever heard the phrase "WE'RE pregnant!"? my teacher from my child development course i took believes very strongly that BOTH parents are pregnant, so to speak when the mother is expecting. the man may not actually CARRY the child inside of him, but there are actually changes that he can go through too...that is if he is attentive and supportive in the relationship, and there are lifestyle changes he makes too! LOL some guys get just as moody as the pregnant woman, and they sometimes gain just the same amount of weight....now if they only FULLY understood labor.... ;)

acutally i have read an article in popular science that stated it was possible for a male to become pregnant if there was an artificial whomb connected to - lets say kidney or liver. well an organ that can give off blood as a supply of nutirents and then plant an egg and sperm and the possiblities say yes. but as of this current time there has been no attempts to my knowladge

can pigs fly? men do not have a uterus for the baby to grow, alot of them get symptoms when their mate is pregnant, the only male species on earth that can get pregnant is a seahorse that is because it has both sex organs.
