try restarting it and wating for a little bit befor turning it back on. if you've had yopur dsl or wires for a while then u may need new ones because it may be craked inside.

you may go back and recheck all your connections, just to make sure. then, if all are connected correctly, then it has something to do with the company itself. check your dsl connection. it may your cord. if that does not work, then my suggestion is call the company.
