There aree no such things as "former" Presidents. Once elected, you are forever referred to as "Mr President."
Ford, Reagan, etc were referred to as "former" only to not confuse and irritate a TV watching public.
If Hillary were to be elected President of the US, Bill Clinton's title would, "The First Gentleman".

Let's see. It couldn't be First President, oops that was Washington. Um, maybe President Gentleman -- no, he wasn't that either. Might try First Gentleman President but I doubt if thats historically accurate. Beats me!!!
