There aree no such things as "former" Presidents. Once elected, you are forever referred to as "Mr President."
Ford, Reagan, etc were referred to as "former" only to not confuse and irritate a TV watching public.

If Hillary were to be elected President of the US, Bill Clinton's title would, "The First Gentleman".

or, "White House Hawg Caller" :D (Sorry couldnt resist)

he will probable be stated as Mr. Clinton or former President Clinton. Had he no longer been President he must be stated as first gentleman. Why no longer? the reason of the 1st 2 strategies is that that's conventional to call one by using his/her maximum rank or the conventional Mr. or Ms. whilst 2 titles are the two touching directly to the comparable the guy who's to be stated as that call exhibits their preferecne or reckoning on the situation. as an instance Dwight Eisenhower grew to become into President and grew to become into so stated as that yet he additionally grew to become right into a typical and especially cases genuinely favorite to be stated as standard.

I think the correct term would be the First Gentleman. What I wonder is would Bill be willing to perform all the traditional duties of a First Lady after having held the highest job in the land himself? Or would he see this role as being beneath him?

Let's see. It couldn't be First President, oops that was Washington. Um, maybe President Gentleman -- no, he wasn't that either. Might try First Gentleman President but I doubt if thats historically accurate. Beats me!!!
