I doubt that spanking him, even right on the anus, would cause any trauma internally, so you're not at fault for the blood that you saw. Judging by what you've said, including that he enjoys his prostate being stimulated, I'm thinking that your boyfriend may have an anal fixation. Contrary to what some of the above answers suggest, though, this doesn't mean that he's homosexual or getting anyone to play with him on the side. More than likely, I'd guess that he's trying to self-stimulate himself by insertion methods. Since he can't exactly by any devices for this purpose without (a). tipping you off that he's doing this or (b). appearing homosexual to the store clerk, then he's probably using just whatever he can get ahold of, and without proper lubrication. Try to talk to him about it and ask him if he enjoys that sort of thing. If you help him, you could maybe satisfy him more and it will enrich your love life.
