No. Most People who live in trailors ARE NOT Trailor Trash. Trailer trash is a slang term for anyone who is perverted and sickly who does ANYTHING for a arousal, mean or otherwise! To pick fights or be unruly and sluty. THAT can happen even if someone lives in a MANSION! You put the question.."what kind of American..." like it's unpatriotic to watch it. Maybe that wasn't your intention. Whatever. I'm saying the show is WIERD....but so are some people. Although I haven't myself watched it more than 2-3 minutes at a time...it does show the INTENSITY and variety of emotions and perverse wierdity people would go to to get attention. kinda feel sorry for some of the people on it. probably because the EXTREME that the show goes to for ratings is kinda over the edge, over the top, but is showing the personalities of some, WHOEVER and WHEREVER they live. not saying that the people on the show aren't good people, because MOST of them are probably just fine, although a few are questionable. hee hee.

I am a American Trying to help and stay informed not to get on that show. I am shocked at the family incest and the things hidden that come to light. Everything and Anything goes and Jerry tries to help them come to the right and correct real love that should be American...We have Honor and Pride and Privilege in the US to really reach and react if it is in your own family not to be a applicant to the shows it is not unAmerican or deviant behavior but the love of the lowest of the low things they do and know it is wrong a clear chance to tell public I cheated or I am a slut and get exposure...Or not to get your head knocked off right away but get the frustration out with out being killed...Maybe the audience can help absorb the blow when you come into the know and the hype and get help and support of the audience or ridicule...the taunting of the group kind of comforts or cushions the blow...

Possibly an unemployed American but not necessarily "trailor trash." I hate to admit it but Jerry is a guilty pleasure. Yeah, sometimes its far "out there" but Oprah and Dr. Fill MyCrack are pretty boring. Of course, there is always "DNA Day" on Maury. "Rockeem, you are NOT the father!!!" That's so cool!!

A lot of people watch the Jerry Springer show. I bet Donald Trump even watches it...but I think of Donald Trump as an over-paid piece of trailer-trash.

If people didn't watch the show it wouldn't be on. Like porn. if people didn't buy it there would be no one selling it, making it., etc. I think everyone has at one time or another watched Jerry Springer. If nothing else out of curiosity.

I don't necessarily like the term "Trailer trash" because that is a stereotype. (Saw it on Springer) In my opinion watching Springer will decrease you IQ by 30 points

First of all,I DO NOT watch that violent, filthy show! It is not anything I would even. I wouldn't even mention-that show' in the same sentence as American'!It's obvious you are a true AMERICAN,,by the fact of you bringing a question of this nature to-the-light!
