Does she use an antiperspirant deoderant?? If no, then tel her to get one and that should sort the problem out. Make sure it is and antipersiprant one though - it'll say on the bottle - as an ordinary deoderant will just cover up the smell and not get rid of it.
If she does already use one, she can go to the chemist and ask for aluminium chloride, you wash in this once a day and it does the trick. They'll tell her how to use it at the pharmacy, she probably won't have to say what it's for and if she does, remind her that doctors and pharmacists have heard far more embarassing things than this! You could go with her to reassure her.
If this dosen't help she really needs to go to her doctor, as it could be something to do with hormones. Tell her she's not alone I as I have had the same problem and the alu. chloride worked for me. Good luck!
Oh yeah, and I don't know where you live, but if it's in the uk you can phone the nhs helpline, 0845 46 47, so she won't know who she's speaking to.

It sounds like bateria/fungus inside her body is causing this dredful problem. Tell your friend to go to the GNC or seek online a good quality Detox program. Find one that will detox the colon or colon and kidney and liver. She may need to do the detox more than one time. But take a break in between as not to put a lot of stress on her organs. She could also try a JUICE FAST and see if that will clean up her system. By all means, change the diet from processed foods to fresh fruits and veggies, even canned fruits are good when you can't find/afford fresh fruits. Also, tell her to STOP using store brand deodorant and purchase a chemical free deordant at the Health Food store. IT will be expensive, but well worth the money. Use it sparingly be cause a little bit goes a long ways!
PS: Take her she can take Parsley and Chlorphyl capsules daily (Health Food Stores) they make your body smell minty inside and out!*

If she washes properly with good soap shaves her armpits and uses a superstrength antiperspirant nice smelling deodrant and clean fresh clothes the only reason she would smell is because there is something wrong that needs sorting by a doctor, if she eats a lot of highly spiced foods this causes more sweating and pungent smells but perhaps she has a hormone imbalance or something minor that causes it, tell her to go to the doctors and dont be fobbed off insist they do something about it, if all else fails i have heard of people having botox in their armpits to stop sweating!

Get her some Odour ban, it is a deoderant that you apply once and it lasts a long time, regardless of washing. I think it's available on the net. If it is very bad I think she needs to see a doctor, it may be that the anxiety is causing her to sweat more and in turn causing the odour. She may have over active sweat glands this can only be solved by a visit to the doctor.

After each shower use a mouthwash under each arm. Then use a man's type underarm stick that will not deposit too much deodorant. Clean again in the middle afternoon and reapply the man's type deodorant. There are drugs that can reverse the pungent smell of underarm odor. A pharmacist may have the names of several types.

firstly what a caring person you are .It must be horrible for her aswell. My advice would be for her to buy a non pefumed shower gel.sounds crazy i know but believe me sometimes when the pefumed soaps are left in that area then the skin cant breath properly. Also never put talc and try to wear a deoderant with pefume free.I feel for her but please try this first before seeing a dr.
good luck.

Ok, dont really know....but sounds like a pain so thot i would give u sum thoughts. Firstly, get waxed there instead of shaving: this is required regularly! and then get a really good deo: clarins is excellent, prevents the sweat smell
