Wow!! What a jumble of words!! There had to be a clearer way of expressing whatever they are trying to say.

Perhaps "with the same principle applying". I think it should be "over all" rather than "all over".

There may be typos in this, why is there an S on "firsts"?

Really, it needs to be re-written.

"Applied as such", or "applied in the same manner" would be more grammatically correct.
