I hope you do not plan to do this on yourself-if you have ever had it done it feels like someone else would have to do it to you.
If I wanted to learn how to do it to others, I would ask at a salon if they train people interested in learning. Maybe you could offer to be an assistant for free a few hours a week.

No, you can't thread your eyebrows on your own.. One is sure to mess it up doing by oneself. Its best to visit the salon to get your eyebrows threaded.. since it costs very minimal.
