For the best result in pictures, you should use a foundation without sunscreen. I don't exactly know the science behind that, but I know that sunscreen messes with the reflection. If you do use a foundation with a sunscreen, then use a powder over it without sunscren. If you want your skin to look flawless, you should try a heavy coverage make up. Estee Lauder's Double Wear is heavy, but it gives a really nice coverage!

In order to get a flawless look will depend on the type of foundation/powder combo you use. A full coverage foundation will give you the flawless appearance. Make sure you go with a color that is much like your own natural skin tone. Be sure to apply moisturizer on before you apply the foundation. Use a good concealer under your eyes to hide any dark circles, also will help hide any pimples.

I have tried the makeup that movie stars wear, but the element that keeps their skin flawless is the airbrush that is done on the pictures (images). Also, bear in mind that they wear layers of makeup to achieve that look. Personally, I am tired after using my cream foundation alone, but the makeup artists suggest, moisturizer, then a foundation primer, then the foundation and then a powder.

not only make up but as the person taking the pictures to use soft light. It is well known to make skin look flawless besides using makeup... be careful while using too much make up it could make the skin look cakey which is bad ... this happens with the wrong lighting

You need to wear a whole lota makeup to appear flawless in pictures. If you look like you're wearing 10 x's too much than you'll look natural in your pics.
