I am not 100% sure but I beleive that I have hear of women ovulating when pregnant and then getting pregnant while pregnant. But I would beleive that it is very rare. This is going to bother me, so I am going to look this up or ask my doctor today!

No, the pregnancy hormones will tell the body to cease ovulation, simply because if you are pregnant and are sexually active you could potentially end up with loads of babies at different gestation!!!!!
The body has it all worked out, don't worry.

Your body should not ovulate when pregnant and for 99.9999999% of the time this is accurate however it is not physically impossible and occasionally it can happen, but it is practicarlly unheard of and very very unlikely.

Nope, the hormones do not regulate a mature egg to be released as the fetus/placenta produce hormones to keep your body pregnant.
