She's got a bloody nerve. I'm going to rant. Stand clear, all!
You only need to look at Danielle's own reaction to her saying "(Shilpa) can't even speak English properly" to she what was really meant by that comment. Danielle laughed the other things she said off, but that one really knocked her for six (and yet her apologists were claiming that it wasn't a big deal).
Danielle may well lack common sense, but she's also sly - and someone with 9 good GCSE and 2 science A-levels can't be a total imbecile. All this ''oh, I'm so young and silly" doesn't wash with me. She is a grown woman of practically 24, not a child of 12, and her 'cutsie pie' act is about as convincing and well acted as an episode of Neighbours. Don't forget Danielle's "suggestion" that they should put "thrush scabs in Shilpa's curry". What sort of a mind thinks like that? Hardly a naive, slightly misguided one. She then has the cheek to barge into Shilpa's press conference to apologise... yeah, all very sincere.
Naive, my ar$e! I find Danielle's ''sweet and innocent'' crap to be completely transparent. She flashes her bits for a living, and then pretends to be demure and protests about the audience seeing her in a bra?! She strikes me as a spoiled, fake little brat who needs a good dose of real life.
Hopefully, the gulf of obscurity will open its jaws and swallow both the silly, spiteful, jealous, dim little fool whole.
End of rant.

I don't think she has a case. The Big Brother bosses can afford much better representation in court if it does go that far, however it probably wont, as they have an arguement that is very valid. They'll just tell her that the show didn't aim to put anyone in a bad light, but it just used the most interesting thing that happened on that day. Also, at the end of the day, she said and did whatever she said and did. They can edit the order of what comes out of her mouth, but they can't invent lies.

She says that she was sorry, now it is misrepresentation.so she is not sorry. This will make it worse.
If you looked at the inset whilst she was with Davina watching the clips, she was smiling a lot of the time.
It was only after she left and spoke to her family and found out the devastation that followed that she suddenly changed.
Jo too actually said that she was not sorry, until after she left the interview.
By the way I was sick in bed whilst the show was being aired and I saw all of the offending parts unedited and it came across exactly as it did in the edited streamed show at 9pm.
As far as Dirk's comments this morning are concerned, he was just making excuses for not stepping in and all he said was that she took over the kitchen and he always had to work around her.
She cooked for everybody almost every day whilst he had nuts and pulses.

Danielle is a beautiful young woman, and people give women with exceptional good looks a lot of room to manoeuvre, certainly more than they'd give a pig-ugly-faced woman. She's pursuing legal action because her good looks have always allowed her to over-step the mark and get away with whatever she wants. Don't think that will work for her this time. She might be a WAG, but she's also a foul-mouthed football lout.

Good God they were all as bad as each other, cackling to themselves when they were spiteful and telling Shilpa to go cry in the diary room blah, blah, blah. NOW, they're turning on the tears and expecting sympathy. There's no denying they're upset and I don't particularly like seeing anybody hurting but they can't now claim 'misrepresentation' when they opened their silly mouths in the future. Personally I found Danielle particularly offensive and I'm sick of excuses for her behaviour 'she's young', 'easily led' - at any point she could have made the decision to not open her foul gob but she didin't - I can't see her having a case - I hope not anyway!

I suppose that depends how much money they are willing to throw at their lawyers, if they have enough she will get away with it. But personally whatever the outcome I will not believe anything other than what I heard her say on Celebrity Big Brother.

I totally agree!
The words she said about Shilpa - "She should f* off home. She can't even speak English properly" - came out of the stupid little girl's mouth. She can't deny she said it as it was there for all to see and hear.
If she didn't want to be thought of as a racist bully then she should have used her tiny brain before opening her huge mouth!
She has got what she deserves.
