Yes, it absolutely does exist. How can I be so sure? Seen it happen to me and family & friends. If someone has hurt you, you don't have to get even, but neither should you keep hoping that karma will take care of it...it seems to me that's what you're doing. Either way, you're not letting go of your hurt. By focusing on that, you may be missing out on good stuff that may be happening in your life.

What I've realised is that karma's a strange thing. It takes years, decades even, before ppl learn their lessons, but it does happen. And I'm telling you this from personal experience. So if you want to be truly happy, forgive these ppl. Yeah, I know its easy to say, but it has to be done if you want to be truly happy. Otherwise, you've not only been hurt, but by living with the hurt and thinking abt revenge (either by your hand or karma), you're just screwing your life up more. So let go of your baggage and get on with your life. Things will come full circle in their own time. Peace!!!

Well, look at other people. I personally don't believe in Karma, and I think that I am a pretty good person. I play my life smart, and I like to think about things. In my opinion, you don't have to rely on Karma, because if you think you are lacking in Karma, that would most likely depress you, and you don't want depression where if you didn't believe in Karma, and you thought about the world around you more, less bad thing would happen, and you'd most likely be so depressed all the time.
Now, Karma is not a, "I do this good thing today, and tomorrow I shall get a good thing in return" kind of thing, it actually originated as, "If I do good in this life, my next life will be even better, and if I am good in that life, soon I'll be on my way to Nirvana."

I used to think it did. I once I even split with a girl as a young man, and years later the exact breakup happened to me. However, since then I have truly tries to be a "good" person and not harm others. Yet I currently have a cartel threatening my life because they thought I turned in my neighbor who was a large drug dealer. Maybe it is karma from a past life, but if karma only runs one life at a time.....then No it does not exist.

Yup, I believe it does but not in the way that most people may think.
People want to experience what they are experiencing (good or bad, and being good or being bad) this is their choice to grow as a soul.
A person that causes a lot of harm in this life time may choose to be the recipient in another life to grow as a soul.
Try reading "Conversations with God", nor a religious book, very unbiased.
And remember that wanting someone to experience Karma "in a negative way" is not really the purpose of Karma or the experience for yourself.
Cheers.

Karma, or, what goes around comes around, is basically rubbish.

The blind man who lived his entire life helping others where he could gets mugged and put into hospital for £23 of his pension.

The teenage drug addict who steals from everyone, including family, to get her next fix, wins £9 million on the Lottery.

The man who risks his life in order to save the weak and helpless, falls from a ladder at home and is undiscovered for 2 weeks after someone complains about the flies and the smell.

Shall I go on?
Karma is simply a way to convince people that it's a good idea to be good and kind and helpfull because eventually you will be rewarded.

Perhaps there IS an afterlife and you collect your reward there.

If being good and kind makes YOU feel better then continue because - it makes YOU feel better.
If not then stuff 'em all and live for yourself.

Personally, I say do what makes you feel good and if it is good for others, then that's an excellent bonus!

Eventhough Karma does exist, there is no need to wait and see. What I do is simply understand that it is a law of cause and effect but that doesn't stop me from enjoying small fun though I do welcome a bit of problem at a time. It is only healthy to exercise all your activity be it emotional, mental or physical. I know that making fun of someone is bad but I often do it and know I will be in trouble sometime later. I know beating some kid is bad for my emotional self, but a little bit of regret is a good lesson to learn to avoid bigger trouble.
Do only those things which will hit you back softly or moderately.

Nobody inside the frame of human existence can answer this question. We can only give our opinion(s), and those will vary.

I personally do not believe in "Karma" per se (and lets not get started with the differences between eastern and western versions of it), but follow a similar idea:

"Do to others what you would like to have them do to you."

We humans are a reactive lot, after all, and tend to reciprocate what we receive.

Karma exists for me and a frend of mine, when she had been living in a flat a few years ago and was probably one of the wrst tennants you could ever know..
But once her old neighbour moved out, anotherone moved in, who was even worse, driving her almost crazy, so her new neighbour earned the nickname "Karma" for the Ten-Fold effect she recieved after the 10 years of anooying her neighbours through varous situations.

I don't think that Karma really exist! I think its you, when you treat somebody good or bad...

But on the other hand the Hindus and Buddhist believe in good or bad Karma ... so its depending on the view, if you want to see it from religious side, then Karma exist really. But if you see it from scientist view,I think it does not exist!

Do you believe in reincarnation? If so, Yes!! Karma does exist.
If you do good to others you might get the effect in this life or in your next life
