The bacteria in the water is eating off the fish's fins. Just like a tick or a flea would eat away at a cat or dog the bacteria in the water would eat your fish. Ask your vet about more.

We had a male siamese fighter in our tank, and the angel fish was picking on him. So it could be the angel fish. Tiger barbs are also known to nip at other fish's fins. And actually, the pet store suggested to not mix guppies and mollies with angel fish and tiger barbs. Angel fish and tiger barbs can be aggressive, and the guppies and mollies may get picked on.

Good luck!

It is most likely the Angel fish. There name doesn't fit them. There are actually very aggressive and perfer to be with there own kind. I wanted an angel fish but my local pet store has a rating of how agressive the fish was. All the angel fish they had were pretty agressive and were in tank with the same king of angel fish.

Could be the angel fish or the Barbs.
Guppies, plecos, mollies and the male betta are all quite good commuity fish.
I'd watch the others.

You should remove your Siamese fish, and have a tank just for them. Barbs and guppy's are Finn bitters

just take him out of the tank if you do have a piranha its the culprit
because there are piranha which harvest the fish by feeding on their fins because they know that there fins will grow back sorry if my spelling is incorrect because my hand is burned
