If you have a career in mind you should always strive towards achieving your goals. It might mean that you aren't making a whole lot now but if it means that you will eventually get the job you want and you are making decent money then it's worth it. Life's too short to settle for good enough...

Both you need to live plus you need a job that make you happy and relaxing to you
