I just had my breast lifted and had implants in September 2006. I would not take anything for them. I had a great experience and didn't even have a lot of pain. I only took my pain medicine for a day. My doctor was amazing. I ended up paying $8895. I had to pay $8000 doctor and surgical fees and $895 for anesthesia. It is much cheaper if you only have breast implants. For breast implants, it would have only been $4895, $4000 for doctor and surgical fees and $895 for anesthesia. I really researched my surgeon, read testimonials, went for a consultation, asked to view patient photos who were similar size and had the same procedure. You want to make sure that you have a board certified plastic surgeon. Surgery is something that you don't want to try to get out cheap on. If you are anywhere near North Carolina. My surgeon is Dr. Michael Beasley and you can find him on www.charlotteplasticsurgery.com or try looking for doctors on www.plasticsurgery.com. I hope this helps.

Yep, had a bit of a nightmare though cos a week after having them done I got an infection and had to have one removed. Three months later I had it redone. So I spent 3 months with an a cup one side and a c cup on the other! Bear in mind that around 70% of the ops have some sort of complication... However if my surgeon had have said to me 'we have to do one at a time, 3 months apart' then I still would have gone ahead.
What I have learnt from this though is - go to a reputable hospital near to where you live. Check that there is a guarentee - mine had a 28 day complication cover - if I had gone to many other places then I would have had to pay for the removal and redo. My surgeon was brilliant. Miss Tattari at the Nuffield Hospital, Enfield. Totally recommend her. The cost was about £4k, 3 years ago.
Never base your choice on cost. Wait longer to get it done properly. I am so glad I did this. No regrets at all, but I was lucky I picked a fantastic surgeon.

i went to Transform in the uk they are well known company and have been doing procedures for over 26 years now and are very well known i had breast implants last october and they are the best thing i have spent my money they look and feel like real and everyone says they look fantastic and my boyfriend loves them - honestly if your considering it you should definatly go for it they also do finance aswell i paid £4000 and its well worth the money . they look after you extreamly well - they pick you up in a taxi from whereever you live take you down to manchester of anywhere where they have a hospital closer and you stay overnight and they give ya a 3 course meal and everything and then take you back in a taxi and you go in and see your local Transform after the procedure to make sure everything is ok - you go and get it done take a look at the website and go for a consultation !!!!

No one needs breast implants. They just need some self confidence. If you were meant to have bags inside your boobs, then you would have been born with them. Complications all round. Stay clear.
