Perhaps this is a notification for you to update your virus definition file - if not then contact these plonkers & tell them you're the commoners that are paying their wages & sort it out quick smart!

i had same trouble and bt sent reams of emails on subject .then i lowered firewall for 5 mins and it registered and activated. try it good luck.
