You should try taking up some new fun activities like surfing, painting, doing volunteer work, getting your pilot's license or becoming a secret shopper (for example).
Trying new things is a great way to meet new people and most people are pretty boring and don't do anything new, so you'll seem really interesting when you have all these great stories about how you broke an arm snowboarding.
I'm sure you're not boring, maybe you just feel like your life is getting a little stale. Travelling is my personal favourite, I love seeing the world.
Anyway - if you feel boring, all you have to do is ask people a bunch of questions, people always find it so interesting to talk about themselves. Seriously.
